Big Dreams + Purpose
This summer is all about setting small intentions each week to help us reach our BIG DREAMS + LIVE OUR PURPOSE!!! I have been using this method for many years now and it WORKS!
*Each week choose one thing to focus on. This week I am focusing on WRITING at least one hour a day, no EXCEPTIONS! I have BIG DREAMS when it comes to my writing and the only way I will reach them is by DOING IT!
*Choose a Word of the Week. I just started this practice a few months ago and LOVE it. My Word this week is WRITE. Having a Word helps you when you forget where you are going.
*Practice of the Week. Something else I just started a few months ago and LOVE it! Choose one thing you want to work on consistently. My Practice this week Daily Writing. Last week I chose my walks. You pick what YOU want to get better at!
If you have a planner system that works...KEEP DOING THAT! These ideas are intended to HELP you and not replace what is already working.
The last thing we talked about was the importance of a morning routine. YES, it can be so hard. But once you get started it is so WORTH IT!!! Here are links to two of the book that really helped lay the foundation for my mornings.
